Shoko rokuti kukanga (Dry roasting; parch) rinoreva kubika chikafu murwenga, poto kana pani isina mvura. Chikafu ichi chinogonga kubikwa chine mafuta mashoma kana kuti pasina mafuta zvachose. Vanhu vanokanga nzungu, chibage, nyimo uye vanokanagwo nyama zvakare.
