Zika fivha (inozivikanwawo seZika virus disease) kurwara kunokonzerwa neZika vhairasi.[1] Kakawanda hapana zviratidzo zvinovapo, asi kana zvikavapo, kazhinji zvinenge zvisinganyanyi kurwadza uye zvinogona kuda kufanana nezviratidzo zvedengue fivha.[1][2] Zviratidzo zvinogona kusanganisira fivha, kutsvuka maziso, kurwadziwa munobatana mabhonzo, kutemwa nemusoro, uye tumapundu twemaculopapular.[1][3][4] Zviratidzo zvacho zvinowanzogara kwemazuva asingasvike manomwe.[3] Hapana vanozivikanwa kuti vakauraiwa nayo munguva yainotanga kutapukira.[2] Zvakaoneka kuti utachiona hwacho hwakabatana neGuillain–Barré syndrome (GBS).[2]
